On the issuance of a list of wages and returns services and facilities Yemeni ports amended
Minister of Transport:
After reviewing the Presidential Decree No. () for the year 1997 on forming a government.
The law on the establishment and organization of the General Organization of Ports and Maritime Affairs No. 47 of 1976, and the law establishing and regulating interest Yemeni ports.
And the minutes signed by the representatives of the ministry and representatives of the institution and stakeholders, and representatives of agencies and navigational Chamber of Commerce in Hodeidah on the agreed amendments.
Decided as follows:
Article (1) Regulation re-work wages and returns services and facilities Yemeni ports previously issued under the Ministerial Decree No. 13 of 1997, after the amendments made under the record.
Article (2) continue to work to Regulation wages and returns services and facilities Yemeni ports portion of the services of ships, as work continues provisions of the Regulations currently in force while not mentioned in the amended regulations.
Article (3) defer action fines provided for in Article 15 of these Regulations set forth in the attached tables (2), (3) and continue to work fines prescribed in the regulations in each of the previous ports of Aden and Hodeidah.
Article (4) This decision of 1/7/1997 m.

Ministerial Decree No. (54) for the year 2005


On the amendment of the tariff wages longshoremen in the port of Yemen
Minister of Transport:
According to Presidential Decree No. (105) for the year 2003 on the formation of the government, and to the presidential decree (427) for the year 2002 on the regulation of the Ministry of Transportation, and to the Ministerial Decree No. (112) for the year 2004 on the tariff wages longshoremen in the port of Yemen.
- Resolution -
Article (1)
Added to the vocabulary of food (flour and wheat) is a new single and bulk wheat tariff wages are longshoremen who are providing him from the deck of ships to packing machines, as follows:
Longshoremen 58 riyals per tonne
Workers Almaaddh SR 100 per ton

Article (2) of this amendment is considered an integral part of the tariff wages longshoremen at the ports.
Article (3) This decision from the date of issuance
Issued at the Ministry in Sanaa on 10/7/2005 AD

With the addition of the following percentages to wages in the circumstances set forth in front of each of them:
      (A) 100% of the wages in the holidays
      (B) 50% of the wages Fridays (weekend)
      (V) 50% of wages when working in immersion
      (W), 50% of wages when working in narrow Bannakr
      (C) 50% of wages when working after midnight.

Article (2) This decision as of 1/1/2005 AD work and eliminates the tariff wages longshoremen issued on 16/11/2001 AD
